The core of the complete solution is PLANMASTER , a fully integrated CAM package equipped with Statistical Process Control designed to improve PCB production yield.

Built around this core are a number of additional modules which can operate separately and which collectively interact with the entire fabrication process.

EARS - (Engineering Analysis Review Station) allows CAD designers and PCB fabricators to assess the suitability of a particular design for manufacture. Use of EARS prior to front-end tooling provides a flow of clean and complete data reducing engineering time and bottlenecks at the front-end. As well as improvements in productivity, running the comprehensive Design Rule Checks in EARS, through the single push-button operation, enables accurate cost estimates from a manufacturing point of view to be produced, to the benefit of profitability.

The Bare Board Electrical Test Fixture design program FIXPLAN is configured for single and double sided, double density, Universal, Clamshell, dedicated and flying-probe technologies allowing different types of fixtures to be generated depending on board technology and production volume. Several "de-clutter" techniques are included such as generation of net-ends, SMB staggering, migration to adjacent patch and variable density grid.

Individual panel or board faults can be entered into REPAIRPLAN which then computes and displays the most likely location of shorts and opens for subsequent manual repair.

Interaction between the various stages of the PCB production process is achieved by Input and Output TIBOR LINKS. These seamless software modules enable total integration of the production process and are designed with the required functionality to drive data in the correct language format to all leading PCB manufacturing equipment - CAM, drilling, routing, AOI etc. Currently numbering around 70, new links are constantly being developed to protect customers interests.
